I am an education consultant and leadership coach, delivering school improvement following 24 years in secondary school leadership including as a executive headteacher and 16 years as a primary school and pupil referral unit governor.
I am a mental health first-aider, qualified trainer for therapeutic thinking and trauma informed practice with experience in leading alternative school provision and working alongside therapists to support young lives.
I live with my wife in Cambridgeshire and our chickens now that our two sons have grown and left home. I am proud to be a trustee for ‘Don’t Loose Hope’ as I am passionate in providing quality services for children and young people that allow them to overcome challenges, and realise their full potential in life.
