Megan Riley

I’m a qualified person-centred therapist, offering a warm and compassionate space, allowing people to feel seen and heard. I Listen from a non-judgemental approach and focus on supporting you to connect with your feelings and emotions, aiming to help you understand what you might be experiencing.

I’m a registered member of the BACP and I work with individuals ages 12 and up. Somethings that might come into our sessions include: low mood, anxiety, grief, depression, thoughts of suicide, and self-harm, to name a few. Whatever it is that has brought you to counselling I am here to listen to what you have to say, at your own pace.

I’m proud to be part of the Don’t Lose Hope team, who provide incredible support for those who need it most.
